Crawlspace Foundation block replace

Crawlspace area has a 2 original vents that I would like replaced with with block or glass block with close-able vent & a couple/few surrounding blocks that have cracks. Musty & dusty area but it's a nice usable space that I'd like to seal up a little better, clean up & paint blocks and insulate? and make it a better storage place without paying ohio basement systems pricing. For some reason there is a heat / ac duct in there with 2 wide open vents. So that air goes right out the window thats another reason I need blocks sealed. I could duct tape them or fill them I guess but I think it would look better with block replaced. I can buy material. I would need an estimate on this. Put blocks where vents are & remove/replace a few cracked adjacent cracked blocks in the 2nd pic. One day job I think or much less. I buy block and mortar or whatever you need. This would just be for the block work or If you have experience in complete crawlspace remodeling/clean up I am interested in a quote or reference. Approx 10 ×15 area. Thank you!
