Found male shepherd mix

W. Oltorf near S. 1st, Austin TX

Description

Found: young male shepherd mix with black face & white on paws & chest; has a collar & was dragging a leash; no tag or chip. Found evening of July 9th. Have a request in to 311 for pickup so dog may be with me or may be at Austin Animal Center (I'll add his A ID number if he gets picked up).
