FOUND DOG - Running on Freeway

Hey! My sister found this dog on side of the freeway today (I-5 / 710 interchange.) We're pretty sure he jumped out of a car driving on the freeway. We're trying to find the owners ASAP. Please share and/or let us know if you recognize this dog.
