Looking for Traditional Scottish Food for Drop Off at Birthday Party on Saturday, July 24, between 11:30am and 12:30pm. Are you a great cook who has made (or can make) some traditional Scottish foods? Whether you are a small catering operation or just a great home cook who is willing to cook for a large party and drop off food at the party location on the day, please contact us! Here are the details: Food Type: Looking for traditional savory appetizer (no desserts) Scottish/Celtic foods (for example Scotch pies, haggis balls, bangers (sausages), Scotch eggs, open to other suggestions!) Food Quantity: There will be 60 people at the party, but also lots of other foods, so we are looking for these Scottish foods to be appetizers where each person would get to sample one. We are probably looking at 2-3 different types of Scottish savory appetizers (we can talk to you to zero in on the final selection). PARTY DATE/TIME: Party starts at 1pm on Saturday, July 24th. Food should be dropped off the hour before, ideally hot/warmed up in something like aluminum/disposable covered containers, ready to serve. PARTY/FOOD DROP-OFF LOCATION: Oregon City, Oregon Pay: We will pay for all of the ingredients as well as your time!
