Day Porter Technician COMPENSATION: DOE EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time HOURS/DAYS: Will vary depending on the position FULL TIME: 40 hours/week BENEFITS: 401K, Paid vacation days, travel expenses, Holiday Pay (No medical benefits) We are a growing company providing Day Porter and Maintenance services to Commercial properties throughout the Bay Area, Sacramento, Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, and Texas regions. We are searching for a Day Porter that wants to grow with us. DAY PORTER POSITION Duties include: Wiping down trash receptacles. Wiping down window frames. Removing cobwebs from needed areas. Restroom cleanup if applicable. Sanitizing needed areas. Changing trash liners. Must be able to lift 30lbs overhead. Picking up debris throughout parking lot and landscape beds. Graffiti removal Sweeping/blowing. Must be willing to use backpack blower. Light maintenance work (illegal dumping clean up, enclosure clean up, window washing, light bulb replacement) Need to follow safety rules and procedures as well as keep their storage areas and equipment clean, neat, and in good working order. REQUIREMENTS Valid CA drivers license Reliable vehicle to be used to drive property to property (mileage is reimbursed) Valid Auto insurance Must be able to pass a background check. Basic computer skills needed Medium-Heavy physical ability Professional and courteous
