Found a Blue Heeler near the corner of 12th Ave Rd & Iowa in Nampa on 7/8. If you believe this is your pet, I'll need their name, gender, and what they were wearing when we found them. I want to make sure it gets back to its rightful owner. *To the owner: the dog is in a nice, cool home being fed and loved like crazy <3
