Approximately 10 to 25 hours per week. - Paying $16/hr. Cash/Venmo/Zelle - Must have own transportation - Must be extremely reliable, dependent, and on time Job includes: 1. Cleaning the BBQ 2. Skimming the pool 3. Taking out the trash 4. Cleaning up (grab a trash bag, search the entire property and pick up bottle caps, cigarette butts, any debris of trash whatsoever) 5. Loose trash around the pool 6. Light touch-up painting 7. Keeping outdoor furniture clean and orderly 8. Start loads of any towels on quick wash to help the maids 9. Cleaning up rug stains, comforter stains, and other stains 10. Organize and neaten kitchen silverware, utensils, pots & pans, and etc. 11. All cobwebs and bugs 12. Bug and or weed spray 13. Outside area clean and organized 14. Final walk through of home and casita with entire property to check for anything and everything should take at least an hour when maids and everything is done.
