I am looking for someone to sand and paint my house. It is a two story house. I have all the supplies. Scaffolding on-site. $13 per hour cash daily. I prefer at least 8 hours but probably not longer than 10 each day. You can take time off to handle personal matters. Applicants can be an individual or a pair of workers. Applicant(s) can start immediately. Obviously work days depend on weather. Rain and over 90 degrees prevent working however you can work part days when rain is expected later or rains but then stops. Looking for the job to be done by August 4. $300 cash bonus if done by August 4.
