yes, I will pay thirty an hour but there are time limits on all jobs so if I give you 8 hours on a job and it's completed in 5 and passes my inspection you still get paid for 8 hours. on the other hand if the job pays 8 and you take 12 it still pays 8. this keeps company cost under control and motivates people to work and not play on cell phones or take 15 breaks in an 8-hour shift all tools and supplies provided by me. this also makes it so I don't have to hover at the jobs to get production. the main rules are going to be wearing a white shirt so we look like painters no smoking in customers yard you can go to the road on breaks and no talking to my customer for any reason that's the job leads job. pay week is from Saturday to Friday and pays on Monday. great job for hard-working and motivated people
