Very rude person

I posted here looking for help training my dog and this person said they may be able to help me. Everything started off well then he became very rude. He even told me to get rid of my dog and get "toy poodle", like why would I get another dog after getting rid of one? All I wanted help with was excessive barking is that so hard to ask for?
