Full Job Description Hardscape Foreman/Crew leader of 2-3 person. Starting at up to $18- $22/Hour Call Abel : 3018524677 Best Landscape & Construction in Hyattsville MD seeks foremen and crewman for its Hardscape, Landscape and Masonry services. Self-starter and demonstrates initiative Hardworking, dependable team player Majority of job will be : Build Paver Patios,walkways,Driveway, Retaining Walls, Landscape and Hardscape. ( if have some concrete and Masonry knowledge will be considered) Good communication skills Has a high attention to detail when working on a clients property Has a valid MD drivers license with good record preferred. Experience driving truck with a trailer Ability to work well with others in a team environment, or independently Communicate job instructions to rest of crew. Delegate tasks if needed. Familiar with operating landscape equipment (mini tractor / skid loaders etc.) Familiar with basic mechanical maintenance on small engine equipment Working hands on with other assigned crew members on a daily basis to complete projects on time and budget Upholding a high level of integrity and honestly between co-workers and clients Ensure correct equipment is loaded prior to leaving shop. Be the point of contact for customer while on site English/Spanish (preferred) Ensuring safety standards are being followed throughout a work day
