CREW MEMBER (Driving or Non-Driving) Crew members are the foundation of our business, and our first resource for recruiting future crew leaders. Crew members work under the direction of crew leaders performing manual labor of junk removal and providing exceptional customer service CREW LEADER (Driving or Non-Driving) We consider our Crew Leaders to be the most important role in our business as they ensure your customers receive exceptional service and that our crews are running efficiently. Crew Leaders will be trained to price and bid jobs, deal with customers face-to-face, manage their crew, manage their routes and know how to adhere to our company policies.If you are great with people and confident in leading a team, then this might just be the job for you.This will be our first resource for recruiting future management positions. Must have valid driver’s license, good DMV history, and ability to drive a pick-up truck & trailer (non CDL) to fill a driving position. Full time and part-time opportunities available.
