Stair Rail Guy/Gal Tired of working the same ol’ construction gigs, getting sunburned, and worked half to death? This isn’t the same ol’ construction gig, this is a fun environment that takes you around the valley in and out of some beautiful homes. We’re looking for a helper that can help us install modern iron railings and learn the trade to grow inside the company. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is looking to do something different, you don’t need prior experience, you just need to be dependable. Here’s what you’ll be doing on a daily basis: You’ll be working with the iron shop manager closely, riding around with him, getting templates and measurements of new jobs. You’ll be helping the welding team keep their workflow going smoothly. Some of the day might be working in a welding shop, cutting and prepping iron to be welded together into beautiful modern interior and exterior railings. Other days might just be installing rails at the job site, problem solving, and making sure the product is truly at the highest quality possible. We need someone who is punctual and doesn’t miss work. This position is vital to the effectiveness of the company, we need someone who is reliable. Hours: Normal hours are 7:30am - 4:00pm.
