We design and create custom fixtures, displays, cabinetry, signage, and architectural pieces for commercial and residential projects. We work with a wide range of clients, including: • Museums: exhibits, display cases/pedestals, and interactive displays • Hospitality and Retail: fixtures and artwork • Corporate: furnishings, signage, and plaques We are seeking a **part-time** shop assistant to add to our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and communicate well. In addition to working with a highly collaborative team, we provide: • Paid vacation and holidays • Health insurance reimbursement • A supportive environment • Growth and development opportunities • 2 - 4 day work week, 7am to 5:30pm Compensation: $12.50 per hour Shop Assistant Job Responsibilities: • Maintaining the daily cleanliness and organization of the shop • Disposing of trash • Loading and unloading trucks • Making deliveries and pick-ups • Packaging and shipping • Will be trained on metal, wood and plastic fabrication on an as needed basis • Mechanical assembly • Assist with on-site installations Required Skills and Experience: • Experience with basic hand and power tools • Ability to maintain an organized and clean shop environment • Friendly and professional • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record • Must pass a pre-employment background check To apply please send a resume in PDF format.
