Log splitting / Stump grinding needed

I have a 24" x 24" stump that needs to be cut down and then ground to below grade. Stump is in back yard and will not be able to tow the grinder to the spot. Also have logs that need to be split to a size for campfires. See attached pictures Please provide a price and when you could complete it
