Hillcrest Golf Course is looking to hire motivated individuals to help maintain multiple commercial properties in the Price Management portfolio around the Kansas City metro area. We are looking for individuals that don't mind getting their hands dirty. This position will be a year round position that offers paid time off, health, dental, vision, and life insurance options. Crew members will assist in the upkeep and maintenance of multiple properties in a timely and efficient manner. Duties will include, but are not limited to mowing, weed eating, tree trimming, leaf removal, plant pruning, plant and bulk material installation, and other typical landscaping work. Candidates must be willing to work in hot or cold weather, and occasional light rain conditions. Knowledge of landscape ornamental care, fertilizer and pesticide applications, and residential and commercial irrigation is a plus but not required. A class E Missouri driver's license is also a plus but not required. This position will help get you in shape and does require the ability to lift 50lbs unassisted on a regular basis. Work will be performed Monday thru Friday, with the understanding that during a rain out week a Saturday may be required to complete the weeks work. Some weekly hours may be filled by working in the grounds maintenance department at one of our golf courses.
