Question for Singer/Songwriters, Producers

I am polling local Singer/Song-Writers, Producers, and Mixing Studios to see if any of you are needing a place to simply record raw audio tracks of Instruments, Vocals, Drums, Percussion, Sound Effects, etc. My Mid-Sized Recording Studio is re-opening (by appointment only) for Tracking purposes (only). I own/operate a mid-sized studio in Mansfield that has nice rooms for tracking Drums, Electric or Acoustic Instruments, Vocals, etc. I have my own projects going on that I need to concentrate most of my efforts on, but I thought I would put out feelers to see if there are folks out there that like to produce their own (or other’s) work, or have a nice set up to mix already, but occasionally need a place to simply capture raw tracks in order to bring back into their own studio. (both those needing an extremely quiet room, or needing to get loud) If that sounds like something you might need, feel free to contact me. My rates are reasonable, as I simply charge by the hour for your time there. I am not looking to stay over-booked, nor make a killing, I am just looking to fill some open time and make it worth your while as well as my own. You are welcome to bring your own gear and simply used my rooms (with my oversight obviously) which often is the fastest way to get your tracks in place in your system. We can alternatively work out a deal for me to track everything on my system with my mics, mic-preamps, converters and simply bring a thumb drive or external hard drive to offload the track files onto. (I have some very good mic selections) Please be aware this is my current livelihood and I have around 30 years invested in this place. This is not an “in Home” studio (but it is next to my home) and was professionally built as a dedicated place for the purpose of recording. (Well… and rehearsing also… LOL) I have built this studio primarily around tracking acoustic based music such as Jazz, Swing, Horn Sections, Folk, World/Ethnic/Celtic, Americana, Country, Singer-Songwriter, Blues, Classic Rock, etc. but also smaller sized Instrumental or Vocal ensembles. The only reason I mention this is because my own gear is focused on this. And I do not have an “in house” piano either. My place is Professional, Family Friendly, clean, and low stress. I don’t mind significant “others” coming but please… no young children unless they are the ones being recorded. I expect Professionalism at all times from all folks who come. This is not a place to come if you just want to get high and play as loud as possible. I simply have way too much invested of myself (and money) in this place to tolerate idiots and maniacs. I operate this solo this majority of the time, so if you need to bring a bunch of folks at one time, I need to have enough time to arrange suitable studio assistants.
