Late 20's single guy here who lives in a quiet, shaded/secluded/extremely low key complex right off the Katy Trail/Turtle Creek area. Phone number/email in the bottom paragraph. Rates entirely contingent on intended use and requirements. It ain't much, and it's obvious interior design and decoration aren't my passions, but it's clean, private, and practical with easy in-complex parking with a million open spots the majority of which are unseen from the streets, private trail access, trees everywhere, predominantly 30-60 year old childless professionals who mind their own, etc. There's a couch and big TV, basic kitchen/dining table, bed with fresh sheets put on before every visit, a shower with basic bachelor products, a single upstairs neighbor who seemingly doesn't hear anything, and a few places you could creatively spice up your meetings in. As for me, i'm dead broke, new in town and thus still jobless, single as a pringle, uninterested in others' dramas, and have no problem swimming in the murky waters of moral ambiguity (esp in relationships). To be clear, i'm not offering my unit as a place to do shady drug deals (unless I get a cut... jk) or other nefarious things you can't do elsewhere due to physical or legal risk. But if you want a quiet place to sneak away with that new girl who's way sweeter than your wife, or a place to bring a study group that's not starbucks/overpriced mckinney bar, or a place to potentially meet clients (depending on line of work and my % cut of course!), etc then i'm your man. The only thing more fun than cheating is doing it 4 minutes from downtown and in a way that doesn't require your credit card be preauthorized LOL.
