Position: Day Porter Division: Janitorial Summary: The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining the appearance of customer premise locations. Tasks include: Sweeping, dust, and clean of various indoor and outdoor areas per scope of work specifications. The day porter may also be asked to do special services like graffiti removal, paint small areas, pick-up trash and debris and other tasks associated to maintaining strip malls, parking lots, and homeowner common areas. The candidate will report directly to the Supervisor of a specific service area and will be required to communicate effectively both in the written and spoken language. He/she must also have an excellent driving record. Basic Functions (not all-inclusive): • Sweep and mop (if applicable) • Pick-up trash and debris • Perform other janitorial and handyman duties (as required) Minimum Requirements: • Be of good health • Must be able to lift 50-80lbs safely • Bilingual with excellent communication skills. • Excellent driving record (will require driving of company vehicles). • Must be able to walk, stand, stoop, and climb a ladder for extended periods of time Benefits Offered To apply please contact Renzzo at 949-795-2185
