Description

The Team Assistant at Geek Squad City supports a team of Repair Agents with administrative tasks, product flow and customer escalations.Key accountabilities:   Manages the repair work-in-process (WIP) by researching escalated aging units, checking for parts issues/substitute and researching escalated service order issues                 Orders parts needed to complete repairs on product                 Processes vendor product Return Authorizations (RA's) and Junkout returns                 Handles telephone inquiries from customers, store locations and vendors in a professional manner while obtaining all the necessary detail                 Contacts customers on repair estimates and informs Repair Agents of customer decision. Confirms Repair Agents took appropriate action Basic Qualifications   Able to stand/sit for long periods of time                 Able to work in a fast pace environment                 Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment Preferred Qualifications   Microsoft Office experience                 Previous experience with customer service                 Ability to multitask and have an attention to detail                 Ability to learn new software programs and work with multiple operating systems
