Two positions: 1) Construction and renovation: All building skills required except electrical. Interior and exterior work, e.g. Install 6'0x6'8 patio door, install windows, sheetrock, hard flooring install, tile, change plumbing from galv. to PEX, etc. I have table saw, chop saw etc. here. <$21/hour cash, plus lunch> 2) Yard work and tree trimming. Some digging and planting, install lawn edge, install weed cloth, Cutting trees (I have tools and ladders required), laying down stone porch, spreading gravel and mulch, etc. <$16/hour cash, plus lunch> Both positions: Looking for long term workers, 1-2 days per week indefinitely. Trustworthy and skilled in that order.
