Facilities Crew Member Maintenance Westmark School is currently seeking a Facilities Crew Member who is responsible to perform cleaning, basic repairs and maintenance. The Crew Member will ensure that the Campus is maintained, clean and free of trash and debris. Participates in painting and construction projects. Handles set-up and break down for meetings and events. Provides breaks/lunch and covers for absences of the Security Officer on duty, as needed. Other duties, as assigned. Position is full-time and includes benefits package. Must be available to work some weekends and evenings. Qualifications ● High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience performing similar duties, preferably in a school environment ● Dependable, reliable, flexible, good time-management skills ● Good customer-service and communication skills required Physical Demands and Work Environment Position requires working indoors and outdoors, in hot and cool environments and requires standing, walking, bending, reaching with arms/hands, balance and stooping, seeing (close and distance vision, with ability to adjust focus), talking, listening and hearing. Must be able to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
