The Gift Stylist is primarily responsible for the following tasks: • Preparing gifts for photo (Basket Styling, Building Up, Fanning Out) In addition, secondary responsibilities also include but are not limited to the following: • Gift Sample Building • Cutting foam for inserts for new baskets and sold baskets • Wrapping samples and boxing them for shipment • Maintaining design warehouse workstations and area Specific Duties and Responsibilities: • Preparing Gifts for Photo o Styling and Fanning out products for display of all basket components on website and in catalog • Sample Preparation. This includes the following: o Cut foam inserts/pieces using the foam-cutting machine for all presentation baskets and samples requested by customers. o Cut foam for all baskets in the WCGB photo shoot. Work closely with designers on basket specs and desired height for photo shoot sample. o Assist sample builder and build basket samples as requested by design and sales for presentations. o Prepare and wrap samples as needed, i.e. presentations or shipment. o Work with designers (Senior & Junior) on foam pieces that they need for designs. o Work with the design supervisor on sample requests. o Assist with building baskets as requested by the designers. o Assist sample builder and mock up individual as needed on mock –up product/ samples. • Responsible for workspace and related equipment. o Maintain outside workspace area and wrapping equipment. o Responsible for supply qty and turning off equipment at end of day for safety. o Keep workspace area clean, organized and help in storing sample baskets.
