Beautiful horse farm in South Washoe Valley is seeking a mature, responsible live-in single male caretaker to provide care for currently five horses, as well as providing some grounds maintenance duties, i.e. lawnmowing etc. Employment includes a furnished studio apartment complete with kitchen, as well as included utilities, cable and internet services. Employee is also provided a small wage. This position would be well-suited for an individual who also has another source of income, such as Social Security or possibly a work-from-home position. Employee must have own health insurance (ACA enrollment is available through August 15). Applicants must provide references, as well as be able to pass a background check. Nonsmoker, light social drinker okay, no drugs. Employee must be Covid-vaccinated.
