I’m skipping town for Ukiah. Sounds a lot like Yucaipa don’t it? I wish I could bid you a proper farewell before I go but it ain’t my place. I’m glad you found love and that you’re happy and pursuing what you love doing. I’ll have you know, I’ve done and am doing the same, and I can only hope you’re glad for me too. I’m genuinely very deeply sorry for the damage I inflicted, I was not in a right state of mind, though that doesn’t excuse it. I would be more than happy to make amends with you but I’ll wait for the right time. You were a good friend and a helluva time. I cherish the moments we had and I still speak highly of you to everyone. When the wheel turns and we meet again, I can’t wait to tell you about everything that has happened in the long space between. I’m proud of you. I believe in you. I have and I always will. I’m always just a phone call away when we’re both ready.
