established band iso dynamic singer. looking for someone with some unique character in their voice. Black/White makes no diff --- Not someone with one sound or level of energy, but someone who can sound bluesy, soulful and go up and down with the energy. maybe a male / maybe a female. Examples of what we DONT want is someone who sounds like Boston, Journey or Sammy Hagar. We'd be happier with a Billy Idol, David Lee Roth or even Bon Scott Chick wise we don't want a Pat Benatar, Nancy Wilson or GoGo's ETC... We'd be happier with Beth Hart, Janis Joplin, Amy Winehouse or Sade... or even that chick that Sang Black Velvet. As far as the band, we have all played with famous people, toured the US and Canada. We have original songs on radio ETC... There are 3 busy people on this end, so we require some links to YOUR on-line material to hear before scheduling an audition. The audition will consist of 5 standard blues and/or rock songs that will test your range and character. auditions will be at a private studio in north Grayson county not far from Denison and Sherman.
