rhythm guitar + vocals looking for a fun project

I've posted here before, but no luck yet -- here goes one more try... I'm a very solid rhythm guitar player and I can sing lead/ harmony. My goal is to join a band/group of musicians that are serious about making music but not serious about making a career out of it. I am 47, a mom, and a full time teacher -- it would be nice to find people in my age range. An ideal situation would be practice one time/week (Northampton area) + maybe some local gigs/ open mics. My music influences are Dave Matthews, Ani Difranco, maybe Alanis Morrisette. I love listening to bands like The Lumineers, Iron and Wine, etc.. My music knowledge is 80's new wave, classic rock, jam bands, 90's grunge/alternative.
