Backwood Land Services is seeking full time landscape help A little about us, we are a quality conscience company that strives for excellence. We work 40 hours in 4 days, our hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 5:30pm. That means you get a 3 day weekend every week! We are more focused on construction of landscapes, and excavation (ie septics and water services). Our installations include, but are not limited to; patios, plantings, septic systems, irrigation systems, drainage solutions, and retaining walls. With our company there is plenty of room for growth and we encourage continuing education. Currently we are seeking hard working, punctual, and candidates with positive attitudes. Labor requirements: - valid driver's license - DOT medical card (must be able to get- if not currently holding one) - 2 years or more experience preferred (can train the right candidate) - positive attitude - Able to lift 60lbs - ability to operate a shovel & rake - Pay is based on experience Starting @ $18 Crew Leader requirements: - Valid driver's license - DOT Medical Card - Hoisting license preferred - 4 years or more experience in the field - construction & hardscape - Experience driving with trailers - Can efficiently and confidently run and manage a construction crew - Ability to show and teach crew and ensure proper & safe use of equipment - Pay is based on experience Perks: - 3 day weekends - Paid holidays - Year round work - Reimbursement for continuing education
