Kauai Flooring & Interiors is hiring experienced flooring installers to join our growing family business in Lihue. Duties for the Installer include but not limited to: • Ability to professionally install carpet and other flooring types; continue to do the great installations that you have been doing for years • Ability to work well with other installers/helpers • Track paperwork for all installations for the company • Keep company vehicles clean, maintained, and always ready for use • Load/unload company van with all materials needed for each job • Assist with on-site job measures as needed • Meet with Managers and Salespeople for pre-installation discussions or meetings for specific jobs • Always be reliable, punctual and professional in all your duties Please include with your resume a brief description of the types of flooring that you are experienced with and how many years experience you have installed each type of floor. Also include any special classes or certificates that you have earned. We are only accepting applications from experienced journeyman level flooring installers • Must be experienced in installing carpet AND hard surface flooring. • Must have experience in both commercial and retail installations. • Driver's License is required.
