Looking for musicians to join/form/start band, ages 21-30

We're a band with about 30 original songs looking to replace some instrumentalists/backup vocalists. We're into Wilco, Dr. Dog, The Strokes, Red Hot Chili Peppers, The Shins, White Stripes, Raconteurs, Gary Clarke Jr., Alabama Shakes, Dawes, and more. Think modern, Indie-ish Americana bands with rock & roll sensibility. Kind of retro sounding. We'll be playing venues like The Cutting Room, Jalopy Theater, Rockwood Music Hall, The Bitter End, Prohibition, and Sofar shows in the beginning. The pay varies at first. Drummers, piano players, organ players welcome, rhythm guitarists/vocalists welcome. Rock & Roll, Blues & Soul, Country & Western, Folk & Appalachian, Jazz & Funk, Classical players welcome.
