Let the good times roll...into health, happiness, and abundance of family fun. Join us for our Back to School Bash and Open House where you can see what our amazing community is all about, meet some other mom/dad friends, get your family set up with peace and calm on the daily, and learn about programs that you AND your child will love! We are Jacksonville's staple for health & fitness for the whole family and educational enrichment from infancy to golden age. Mindful parents like you are always looking for their village when it comes to raising empathetic and endlessly curious kids. What we have in store: FREE Prenatal yoga class at 11:15FREE Family yoga class from 2-2:30 (ages 0-99!)FREE Art/craft activity from 3-3:30 (all ages!
