Company Description: Boston Real Estate Concierge services a loyal client base in the South End of Boston. We are a one-stop-shop for all real estate needs including contracting work, renovations, cleaning services, and concierge services. Our purpose is to take care of all of our clients needs in one place, they know to come to us for any range of services. Job Description: We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team and ensure we provide excellent customer service. There is potential to move in to a supervisor role in 3 months depending on overall performance. Part-time hours to start during training, with movement into full time in 1-2 months. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations, efficient cleaning protocols, and ability to communicate well with clients. Please note possession of a current and valid Driver's License is required. Possession and use of a personal vehicle to transport between client residences is also required. Responsibilities: - Provide basic housekeeping duties including but not limited to: changing the sheets, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of surfaces, and deep cleaning of kitchen appliances - Be present on new and current job sites to assist with cleaning - Ensure quality standards are being met - Communicate with clients (you will be spending time in private residences, discretion and clear communication with clients is needed) - You may be asked to drive yourself and other cleaners and to each cleaning site, compensation for gas will be offered. - Assist the team with cleaning private residences, some jobs you may be working on-site alone depending on scheduling needs Skills and Experience: - Previous work experience in a housekeeping or similar role (either in the hospitality sector, or for private residences) - Fluency in English, ability to also speak Spanish is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks - Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends
