• Ability to work autonomously • Master Plumber’s license • Ability to communicate with staff, clients, and customers • Proactive out of the box thinking • Organization skills • Dependability - Job requires being reliable, responsible, and dependable, and fulfilling obligations • Strong verbal and written communication skills, solid organizational and follow-up skills. • 5 years’ experience • Experience managing a group of plumbers • Devotion for training and learning • Knowledge of heating and fluid distributions • Working knowledge of the fire protection system • Knowledge of pipe joining, Victaulic couple & groove, mega press, pro press • Osha Safety Certificate • Trade School Experience • Rough to detail finishes • Clean driving record • Ability to lift 40 pounds or more • Ability to stand for long periods of time • Ability to work under extreme weathers. Cold or Hot • Follow State, Federal, Municipal laws • Active License by the state of Massachusetts
