Enjoy an exquisite Baltimore cruise with friends, your favorite Cigars and Featured Drinks. **This is an age 21 and over event** BUKU in partnership with The Secret Smoke Society's Cigar Concierge, invite both cigar aficionados and novice smokers to cruise the downtown Baltimore waterways and enjoy catered food menu, drinks, music and your favorite cigar. Bring your own sticks or purchase from the featured concierge. Complimentary drinks will be available, but also feel free to BYOB. Yacht capacity is 10 passengers so first come first serve on each cruise. If we cancel this event, you will receive a full refund. • Start times are approximate, though we make every effort to start within 15 minutes of our stated start time. If we do have a late start, we will end the event later than stated. • At most events, we make every effort to have complimentary food and limited drinks on board, which is subject to availability and may vary. Most often passengers are allowed to bring their own food and beverages. (some types of beverages may be prohibited at owners discretion) • Unless explicitly stated in our event description, we do not serve food at our events. You should plan on bringing food and beverages or eating before or after our event. • Unless specifically requested, Casual wear is acceptable for all guests. We suggest that women wear loose fitting skirts or dresses and flat shoes instead of heels, as it may be dangerous to board vessels while wearing tight clothing and/or improper foot wear. We also suggest that guests wear light colored soles or remove their shoes altogether. • The hosting Boat or yacht may vary depending on location and Host/Captain availability. Activities may change from location to location. • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove a guest from our event for any reason. • Neither BUKU, nor the Vessel host are responsible for guest's personal property. Please keep your personal items with you at all times. • By participating in this event, you acknowledge that the risk of exposure to communicable diseases, including Covid-19, exists in any public place where you are exposed to other people. By purchasing tickets for and participating in this event, you and all guests in your party voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to communicable diseases, including Covid-19. You hereby assume all risk of bodily injury, illness and death, resulting from your participation in this event's activities. You, your guests, your spouse/partner, your heirs, successors, executors, administrators or anybody else who might claim on your behalf, hereby release, waive, indemnify and forever discharge BUKU, The host vessel owner, captain and any affiliates, directors, owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, volunteers and any organization associated with this event from any and all liability, claims of negligence, for any disease, death, illness or injury. • By participating in this event, you specifically release BUKU and the host vessel owner, Captain or crew, from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to your participation in these events and activities. • By participating in this event, you agree to give consent to BUKU, and its authorized representatives, granting them permission to photograph and/or video record your participation in this event. You further agrees that all photographs and materials recorded may be used in any form, as part of any future publication, video, brochure and or other printed material for promoting BUKU events. You and your heirs hereby release BUKU, its successors, and the event host/vessel owner from any liability whatsoever related to these materials and they acknowledge that these materials may be used without any payment of fees, royalties, credit given to your name, or any other compensation, from now through eternity. • If you are unable to attend this event, please email us prior to the start of the event and let us know. We will be happy to transfer your tickets to any one of our future events or issue a refund based on certain case by case circumstances at our discretion. • Eventbrite is the ONLY legitimate ticket seller for this event. The Vessel host or owner does not sell tickets to this event, Therefore BUKU is not responsible for tickets sold by resellers and reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone with a fraudulent ticket. • If you do not agree to any or all of these terms and conditions, please do not purchase tickets for this event.
