Wine & Dinner Collaboration with City Market Bistro & Breakthru Beverage Group
City Market Bistro will be collaborating with Paul Serafimoff, our wine Representative from Breakthru Beverage Group. Chef Scott Krause will be presenting an exquisite four course menu that will be paired with some of the finest wine represented and paired by Paul.
Both gentlemen have known each other since back in the 90's and recently have had the chance to collaborate and share their passion for great food and fine wine.
Chef Scott Krause is Chef/Owner of City Market Bistro in New Smyrna Beach. He has an extensive Culinary background. Having studied Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University along with Business & Hospitality Management at Florida International University. He went on to chef in many major cities around the country, including New York, Chicago, & Miami. He returned to New Smyrna Beach just recently and decided to take a leap of faith to open up his very own first restaurant, City Market Bistro.
Paul Serafimoff, has been in the hospitality business since 1988. He's managed and opened many restaurants throughout his career including Chases & Caribbean Jacks. And worked in the resort business with Guinn Club and Resorts. After having a deep passion for wine, he decided this was his next move, the beverage business. He's been with Breakthru Beverage Group for the past 11 years and has spent the last 4 years in the fine wine side. Paul has completed his 3rd Level of the Wine and Spirits Education Trust, WSET 3 as well as the Intro to the Guild of the Master Sommeliers.
