The intention to eat better and organize kitchen time is not enough. Good news is, there are simple and easy to apply steps to enjoy budget friendly, wholesome meals at home.
Holistic Life Coach and Wellness Chef, Yamira Lee "Mira" Johnson, leads a fun and entertaining cooking class using wholesome ingredients and applying time and money saving tips. tic
During the two hour class, guest will learn to plan, shop, create and pack five (5) easy and wholesome recipes . The instructor will go over nutritional value of ingredients, best practices to take control of cooking time and at home food budget.
This is a hands on class and only 10 spaces are available. Before booking your class, please be sure to share any food allergies and restrictions.
Workshop includes all ingredients, kitchen wear, a downloadable PDF recipe book. Aprons, hand sanitizer, and disposable gloves will be provided during class. Class will start promptly, please arrive 5 minutes before class to get ready.
