This one-day comprehensive innkeeping seminar is presented in a logical step-by-step format. All the essential topics of finding, evaluating and buying an inn or bed and breakfast will be covered. Eliot Dalton and Marilyn Bushnell have each owned and run their own inns and have decades of experience helping buyers navigate the process of buying an independent lodging property. You will benefit from their combined knowledge and experience in acquisition, valuation, financing, innkeeping and hospitality. Instruction, workbooks, lunch and a follow-up consultation are included. Consultations are scheduled individually at your option. Attendees for this one-day seminar should plan on being at the seminar venue by 8:00 AM on Saturday. We will start at 8:30 AM and run until 5:00 PM. Fees: $125 for one person or $175 for two people Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received with 21 or more days’ notice before the workshop will receive a full refund less a $25.00 cancellation service fee. Any cancellation within 21 days prior to the workshop will receive a credit (less the cancellation fee) for a future workshop.
