Teams of 3 Men or 3 Women- Scaled is on Saturday- RX and Masters is on Sunday The Ashland Warehouse Gym Warrior competition is the ONLY competition of its kind!! Find your team of 3 Men or 3 Women. Choose Scaled (Saturday 9/4), RX (Sunday 9/5) or Masters (Sunday 9/5 and 40 and older). Your team will have a 3.5 hour block of time to complete each of the 5-6 events. You decide what order to complete the events in. You decide how to utilize your teammates to best perform each event. This event is designed for anyone to participate in. There will be no double unders, muscle ups, or complex barbell or gymnastics movements. This event is designed for any strength or fitness athlete to participate in. Movements that will likely be in the competition- Stone Lifting Tire flipping Sled Pushing Truck Pulling Air Runner Echo Bike Rowing Deadlift or a variation of a deadlift For an event like this it is only fitting that the Top 3 teams in each division take home some brass knuckles as a prize for being the Warehouse gym Warrior!!
