We are seeking a highly motivated, organized individual to join our team for an administrative assistant and management role. The role is certainly one that requires a 24/7 mentality but most days the office hours are M-F 9am-7pm unless traveling or vary on the executive's needs. We are located in the New York City / Bronx / New Rochelle Area The role includes clerical and operational responsibilities. I am a Real Estate Investor and Entrepreneur. Employee must know: How to listen and pay good attention to Details for execution. Know how to use a computer, for research, contacting people, Microsoft Word and Excel. Be Punctual. Have a Strong Work Ethic. Be Professional and Ambitious. Dress Professional. Have Customer Service Experience. Work Well with Others. Good Organizational Skills. Teachable and Willing to Learn. Has Management and Planning skills. Execute Special Requests. File paperwork. Posting and Mailing at the Post Office. Run Errands. Have a Pleasant Attitude. Be Polite. Patient.
