Our Wellness Workshop will give you the ability to try the following wellness experiences, with 15-minute rotation sessions.
Chair MassageGentle Yoga/Tai Chi (introductory sequence)Mindfulness & Meditation (techniques to calm the nervous system, reducing street and anxiety)Nutrition (general diet/nutritional lifestyle, gain insight on how food affects overall health)PT & OT Exercises (an introductory of how the body can benefit from PT and OT for strength, safety and recovery)An assortment of healthy beverages and light bites (fruit, crudites, salad, finger sandwiches/wraps) is included.
