Brother Washington, The Leader and Mason George Washington is perhaps Freemasonry's most celebrated Brother. Come join us for the day at the George Washington Leadership Institute @ Mt. Vernon Saturday July 24th as we step into the shoes of our Brother as a leader and Freemason! Throughout the day, we will learn about how Brother Washington applied the tenets of Freemasonry throughout his career as a General, politician and citizen. We will step into a new 'digital interactive experience' to walk through his decision making processes as well as step behind the 'exhibition glass' to view firsthand authentic documents and letters penned by Brother Washington. Finally, we will enjoy fellowship over lunch and whiskey tasting. Altogether, we will see how the principles of Freemasonry molded Brother Washington's character into a true leader and founding father of the greatest experiment the world has ever known – democracy – where all men are born free and meet on the level.
