VIP seating, dining & drinking opportunity on the second floor lobby & balcony of K-State Foundation's Building & Rockin K's from 5-9 pm The Rockin K’s venue, in the K-State Foundation Building, offers us the second floor lobby and balcony which is prime real estate for a smaller gathering, enjoying the beautiful weather and listening to Dr. G’s Vintage Rock Review, led by Wayne Goins from 7-9 p.m. There will be a special VIP buffet which includes: Guacamole, Queso Blanco, Salsa Fresca served with warm chips as appetizers. The meal options include: Slow roasted pork carnitas with warm flour tortillas, shredded seasoned chicken tacos, borracho beef burritos, frijoles and three cheeses in a flour tortilla smothered in chili Verde, frijoles ranchera, Mexican rice and Mexican bread pudding. Each ticket is $50 and includes the opportunity to be on the second floor balcony. One special VIP buffet (described above) and two drinks served by your own bartender are also included in the VIP experience.
