A fusion of spiritual modalities to activate the energetic body (Chakras), open the mind, and expand the heart. An experience curated to allow us to dive into the present and move through the soul. Let’s us cultivate heart coherence as we gather in community to heal. All levels; no Yoga or dance experience required. Bring a yoga mat, water, and any props necessary for your Yoga practice - i.e.: blocks, blanket, strap, eye pillow, etc. Class will begin at 6:25 and last for approximately 90 minutes and will consist of a combination of yoga vinyasa flow, ecstatic dance, guided meditation and live sound meditation music.
