A weekend conference for Black teenage girls' in the Dayton area to become their own boss! What's Tea? Black Girls' Entrepreneur Conference will allow the 30 participants and community to benefit from being able to attend this conference twice a year, as well as giving participants the opportunity to network and gain insight from other Black women. This will be measured by using pre and post surveys completed by participants. Outside of the workshop component, I have worked with organizations and donors to help create a small scholarship for students upon graduation and admittance into the university of their choice.
