Even though one of the defendants ACO Antinoro has admitted to all the allegations, no one is being held accountable. The other defendant ACO Brown boast how he cooks the books.....but he gets off the hook! This needs to be clarified to put people on the same page to move forward. We have also been told progress that has been made by Animal Control. However, the public has no access to obtain that information unless the public files for a request and wait for two weeks. There is not guarantee that the items will be released. The Animal Advisory Group has evidently made changes to public policies according to the Mayor. Meeting minutes received from Open Record Request show the "Group" has also decided on expending tax dollars. Citizens MUST make use of the three (3) minutes to address their concerns of Katy Animal Control. You do not need to live in Katy to call in to speak. Do not let that stop you!
