Let's get our Membership Sales back on track for 2021 with a sales training workshop. With many of the 2020 Pandemic challenges behind us, let's turn our focus back to tunring prospcts and gift cards into Members! During this two-hour workshop, we will review each of the steps of the Membership Sales process beginning with the phone call experience, the experience we create for clients when they first enter the spa, the Service Provider hand-offs, and finally the pitch and strategies for overcoming objections. This workshop will be interactive and all members of the sales staff, including Spa Managers. I'm looking forward to seeing you all at the workshop! Space for the workshop is limited and seats will be given on a first come, first served bases. Please do not register any members of the team that you do not plan to send in order to make room for other attendees!
