Visit the Reed Homestead, a time capsule of everyday living in New England in the early nineteenth century. The Reed Homestead in Townsend Harbor is a building frozen in time. Home to five generations of the same family, the Townsend Historical Society operates the Federal-era house as a museum. Tours will be offered on the hour from 9AM through 1PM with the last tour leaving at Noon. Please join us for this rare opportunity to step back into history and experience it in a new and exciting way.
