Port Townsend smells like Pee

Went to Port Townsend the other day and it smelled like they were urinating everywhere. Tried to walk by the stadium.....Big Gag.....in front of the shops smelled like pee....height of the tourist season and it disgustingly smells like pee everywhere.....Jeeeeeez you would think they could take some pride and arrest the public urinators....
