Join us this for an evening filled with empowering testimonies, yummy appetizers, and opportunities to build a strong community of support. We are hosting our first annual Knowing You Matter conference at Grace Bible Church in Arroyo Grande on September 25th. It will start off with a resource fair from 5-5:45 pm, where various organizations throughout our community will set up tables with information on available mental health resources and faith-based community connect groups. We have two guest speakers that will share their own mental health experiences and will start speaking at 5:45 pm. Additionally, we will also be sharing short testimonial videos of individuals that have been personally affected by suicide. Ultimately, we want you to know that you matter and are never alone in your journey.
