Our large group classes run in a high-intensity interval-based format that fuses together cardio, strength training, and Pilates at various stations on our machines. These classes, including cardio and strength training together, sheds fat and replaces it with lean muscle, while our Pilates component addresses core work and stability. We combine all of this together into one 50-minute high intensity workout!
